Lymph or lymphatic fluid in the body contains white blood cells and proteins, and is responsible for removing waste, debris, and toxins from the body. The following are 4 ways to keep your lymphatic fluid flowing:
Deep Breathing. During deep breathing, pressure variance, with the expansion of the lungs, moves lymph by opening ducts. One such deep breathing exercise would be a deep 1 second inhalation followed by a 4 second exhalation, 10 times for 3 times a day.
Rebounding. Rebounding exercises include jumping on a trampoline for at least 7 minutes. Quick changes in gravity while jumping improves lymphatic circulation by causing lymph channels to expand.
Massages and Movement. Lymphatic massages can improve circulation and reduce swelling within the lymphatic system.
Topical Organic Castor Oil Application. Studies have shown that the chemical properties of castor oil help to prevent the growth of several viruses and bacteria, and increase the lymphatic flow. -Dr. D
